Sourdough Loaves
Our loaves are preservative-free, which unfortunately means they won’t last forever! We recommend slicing the loaf as needed for 2-3 days, storing the cut loaf in the paper bag we give it to you in. This’ll help the loaf maintain it’s classic artisan crust.
After a few days, the loaf will start to dry out a bit, so we recommend slicing whatever’s left on that third day and then freezing it in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. You should be able to easily grab a slice and toast it right from the freezer whenever you want one!
Sourdough Bagels
Our bagels are best enjoyed the day they’re baked, but can always be refreshed with a quick visit to the toaster! We recommend enjoying your bagel by the end of the next day, or slicing and freezing. The bagels can then be toasted right from the freezer!
Sourdough Focaccia
Sourdough focaccia can be refreshed in an oven, toaster oven, or air fryer! Simply drizzle with a little olive oil and toast to your liking. I recommend 375 degrees for about 5 minutes; keep an eye on it.
