We open at 9am and recommend arriving before noon Wednesday-Friday and before 11am on Saturdays for the widest selection.

Hey there, friend! We are so thankful to all of you who brave the Texas summer heat to come see us at our tiny little bakery. We love being a part of your summer fun!
It's officially June and with that, our annual Pride month fundraiser has begun! Just like last year, we will be donating 5% of this month's sales to Thrive Youth Center, a local non profit that provides emergency shelter and rapid rehousing to support youth currently experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. We firmly believe Ya'll means ALL here at Spread the Loaves, and as an LGBTQ+ and Christian-owned business, we feel it is more important now than ever to support members of the community. We have been fundraising for Thrive for four years now, and are so proud to do what we can each year to support their mission.
Don't forget: Thursdays are now Band-Tee Thursdays! Wear your favorite band tee and get a free mini sugar cookie. We'll even have a jar to suggest your favorite songs to add to our special Thursday playlist! We had a dozen lovely folks come out last Thursday and our playlist is shaping up to be quite lovely.
Preorders are open for the week on our usual preorder website! Preorders always close at midnight two days prior to pickup to allow us enough time to prep your order just for you.

Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are available daily as always. This week's speciality roll is a Whipped Mascarpone and Peach Roll. We're filling our buttery brioche with a whipped mascarpone and diced peaches and rolling them up like a cinnamon roll before topping with streusel, baking, and adding a dollop of our cream cheese icing. Kolaches are available daily, too, and they'll be warm and waiting for you all day. Saturday, we'll have another batch of our Sourdough Breakfast Buns, too!
We've got Pizza + Herb Scones coming this week, and for galettes, we'll have assorted house Jam Galettes. Muffins (available Thursday-Saturday) will be Strawberry + Cream Muffins. We'll be making Chocolate Chip Cookies of course but we're also making Sugar Cookies with (Rainbow) Buttercream Frosting and Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies.
For lunch this week, we'll have Sandwiches Thursday and Friday and our Sicilian-Style Focaccia Pizza Slices will be available Friday! We're shooting to have pizzas ready by 11am now to give Justin a little more time to knock them out after the day's bake.
Our Agua Fresca were a big hit last week so we'll be whipping up a batch of those weekly through summer. Be sure to ask our cashier what the flavor of the week is!
Just don't forget: lunch items (sandwiches, pizza) aren't ready until 10:30-11am. Gives us time to finish up the morning's bake + switch gears to lunch prep.
