We open at 9am and recommend preordering or arriving before noon Wednesday-Friday and before 11am on Saturdays for the widest selection.

Hi there, friend! Hope you had a lovely weekend. Thanks so much to Clay Olives and Green Thumb Gal for popping up on Saturday. No pop ups this weekend, but we'll have Wisconsin Birch & Maple Syrup next Saturday!
We are taking a page from New Braunfels' Wurstfest and declaring this week Oktoberfest! You'll find all sorts of German-inspired flavors on the menu this week, from Black Forest Cake to a lovely Seeded Rye and the classic Bee Sting Cake reimagined as a cookie. We hope you'll come out and try something new!
Preorders are open now at our usual preorder site. Even if something isn't on the preorder menu, shoot us a message as soon as possible if you know you want 6 or more of it. The goal is to sell out daily, so we plan our production numbers with that intention and large, unexpected orders can sometimes throw us off for the rest of the day. We'd love to prep extra just for you!
Now on the preorder site is a whole pizza for pizza Fridays! You can preorder a cheese, pepperoni, or chef's choice pizza for pickup at either 11am, 12pm, or 1pm. Please arrive as close to pickup time as possible so your pizza will be nice and hot! Saving the pizza for dinner? Let us know in the Special Notes and we'll not bake it as dark so you can finish it up in the oven.
Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are available daily as always. This week's specialty roll is a Black Forest Cake Roll! We're making a chocolate brioche and filling it with a lovely cherry jam, adding some chocolate chips, and topping with icing and some shaved chocolate.
Sticky buns have been pretty popular so we'll continue to have Brioche Sticky Buns on Wednesdays. Kolaches are available daily, too, and they'll be warm and waiting for you all day and half price after 12:30pm. We'll also have some Sourdough Breakfast Buns and hopefully Bostock on Saturday! We make our bostock with unsold cinnamon rolls that we freeze throughout the week, so if we get surprised with large orders, we may not have any.
We've got a delicious ApfelKuchen Scone (apple cake) coming this week, and we'll be making Dark Chocolate Truffle Pop-Tarts this week with some gorgeous flaky sea salt on top. Muffins (available Thursday-Saturday) will be a Spiced Cheesecake-stuffed Muffin (plenty of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc).
We'll be making Chocolate Chip Cookies of course but we're also making Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting and Bee Sting Cake Cookies (our sugar cookie base with honey-toasted almonds and vanilla bean paste). Preorder a box and stock up your freezer!
For lunch this week, we'll have Sandwiches Thursday and Friday, and Pizza slices available Friday.
Just don't forget: lunch items (sandwiches, pizza) aren't ready until 10:30-11am. Gives us time to finish up the morning's bake & switch gears to lunch prep.
