Our menu changes frequently since we love to experiment with seasonal and local flavors. Scroll down to see what we’re baking this week!

We open at 9am and recommend arriving before noon Wednesday-Friday and before 11am on Saturdays for the widest selection.

Hey there, friend! Thanks for another lovely week at our tiny little bakery.

This week we've got SO many fun flavors planned to celebrate both Cornyval and Fiesta. 

 

Speaking of Cornyval, this Saturday we'll be pretty much blocked off from 9am-12:30pm while the parade goes on.  I anticipate us possibly staying open later that day if we still have a lot of product at 2pm, but check our social media or give us a call for updates. 

 

We will, however, be set up near the roundabout (14392 Riggs Road) with sourdough baguettes, brioche cinnamon rolls, sourdough focaccia slices, and sourdough pretzels! Swing by and say hi if you decide to come out for the parade :) Check out the city's website for more information. 

 

Preorders are open for the week on our usual preorder website! Preorders always close at midnight two days prior to pickup to allow us enough time to prep your order just for you. We added quarter sheet pans of sourdough focaccia to the preorder menu, too. Please note that Saturday's pick up window is later and shorter; if you can make it here earlier, you're welcome to!

Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are available daily as always. This week's speciality roll is a Margarita Brioche Roll. We're taking our buttery, fluffy brioche, filling it with a lime sugar filling, and topping each roll with a salted tequila lime buttercream. Perfect for grownups but not so much for the kiddos. Kolaches are available daily, too, and they'll be warm and waiting for you all day! We also may be testing out a new product this Saturday we're calling Sourdough Breakfast Buns

 

We've got Corn in a Cup Scones coming this week, and we'll have the fan favorite Tomato Feta Galettes! Muffins (available Thursday-Saturday) will be Strawberry Shortcake Muffins. We'll be making Chocolate Chip Cookies of course but we're also making Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting and a festive Mangonada Cookie with dried mango, tajin, and white chocolate chips and topped with a chamoy glaze.

 

For lunch this week, we'll have Sandwiches Thursday and Friday and our Sicilian-Style Focaccia Pizza Slices will be available Friday!  We're shooting to have pizzas ready by 11am now to give Justin a little more time to knock them out after the day's bake. 

 

 Just don't forget: lunch items (sandwiches, pizza) aren't ready until 10:30-11am. Gives us time to finish up the morning's bake + switch gears to lunch prep.
